I think we need to add some stuff to our little constitution.
1. Tiebreakers (standings)

I followed the NHL way:
1. Total points
2. Wins
3. Head to Head (BUaards beat the Dogs 2-1-1)
4. Goals scored/Goals allowed difference
5. Goal scored
2. Draft Lottery

The eight non-playoff teams participate. A team can move up in the
draft order a maximum of 4 spots. A random number is
generated, with the following number assignments:
Slot #1 0 - 29 (30%)
Slot #2 30 - 51 (22%)
Slot #3 52 - 68 (17%)
Slot #4 69 - 80 (12%)
Slot #5 81 - 89 ( 9%)
Slot #6 90 - 95 ( 6%)
Slot #7 96 - 98 ( 3%)
Slot #8 99 ( 1%)
