Changes for NSHL8

As a result of a recent poll of NSHL GMs the following changes will come into effect.

1. Future Trading Limits

3 years: 9
4 years: 7

From this point forward, the trading of future draft picks and/or camps will be limited to 3 seasons. We are in NSHL8 right now, so NSHL11 would be the farthest into the future you can trade a pick or camp from now on.

A "new" season will officially start immediately FOLLOWING the entry draft for that particular season. For example, as soon as the NSHL9 draft is completed, the upper limit for trading picks or camps will then become NSHL12. Hope this is clear.
